GAME CONCEPT: The Wind Tunnel Super 7 Sweep Fantasy Racing Game is a game of skill, and winners will be determined by the objective criteria set forth herein. From all eligible entries received, winners will be determined by the participant who uses their knowledge of the historical events surrounding NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, Nationwide Series, Camping World Truck Series, the IRL IndyCar Series, FIA Formula 1, Grand-Am Rolex and American Le Mans Series (ALMS) racing, including relative strengths and weaknesses, to accumulate the most points during the game term as defined below. Game may not be used in any form of gambling. The Game has no affiliation with the NASCAR, IndyCar, ALMS, F1 or Grand-Am sanctioning bodies and does not present itself as being licensed, sanctioned, approved or controlled by those bodies. The NASCAR logo, ‘NASCAR,’ and the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing; the IndyCar Series logo, and the Indy Racing League; the ALMS and the ALMS logo; the FIA Formula 1 logo, ‘Formula 1’ and FIA Formula 1 World Driving Championship; the Grand Am Rolex, Daytona Prototype and Grand-American Road Racing Association logos are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

CONTEST TERM: Entries will be accepted for free Game play beginning Friday, January 22 and ending at 12:00 Midnight MST on Friday, August 27th for the Regular Season portion of the Game and ending on Thursday, November 18th, 2010 for the Charge to the Championship portion of the Game. Starting lineups for all seven drivers (or cars, in Rolex and ALMS races) must be submitted no later than 12:00 AM MST on the day of each weekend's first race (usually Friday morning, or Thursday night at midnight), except in August when there is a Truck race at Bristol on a Wednesday night, August 18th so the cutoff for all starters will be at 12 PM MST (Noon, Arizona) on that Wednesday, for that weekend or round only. In case of rescheduled race events, this deadline may be extended at the discretion of the commissioner. (See 'Terms of Service')

SCORING RULES: Using their knowledge of the history, occurrences and changes divulged from public information records related to NASCAR Sprint Cup, Nationwide, and Camping World Truck Series racing, IndyCar Series racing, American Le Mans Series racing, FIA Formula 1 racing and Grand-Am Rolex Series racing, each participant selects seven drivers (or sports cars) for each race weekend throughout the 2010 racing season, from end-of-January through November. Participants must select at least one driver per series racing each weekend or round. Participant will earn points according to finishing position of selected drivers at conclusion of race event(s). Driver points are only awarded to the top 16 finishers per race. Points are awarded for finishing position (1st place = 160 pts., 2nd place = 150 pts., 3rd place = 140 pts, etc.), qualifying (Pole qualifier receives 55 bonus pts., 2nd-fastest receives 44 bonus points, 3rd -fastest receives 33 bonus points, 4th -fastest receives 22 bonus points, 5th-fastest receives 11 bonus points), lap leader (any driver that leads an official lap earns 22 bonus points; driver who leads the most laps earns 44 bonus points), and manufacturer (winning driver earns 55 bonus points for driving the first of that type of car, driver of the next different type of car receives 44 bonus points, driver of 3rd different type of car receives 33 bonus points, driver of 4th different type of car receives 22 bonus points, driver of 5th different type of car receives 11 bonus points; mfr points in 'spec' series with only one chassis/engine combo, i.e. IndyCar, receive mfr points as part of finish position points with 55 pts awarded to the winning driver, 44 to the second place driver, 33 to the third place driver, etc.) Drivers are only eligible for bonus points if they finish in 16th place or higher. Participant scores are the cumulative total of all registered or submitted driver's points per week or round. Players who do not submit drivers will not receive any points for that week or round.

HOW TO ENTER: Entries can only be accepted after registration at the Wind Tunnel Super 7 Sweep Fantasy Racing Game website, at http://windtunnel.fmfl.net. All fields must be completed on entry form; only one registration per person. Participants will be provided with a registration link to permit access to the website and Game play. In the event of a dispute about the identity of the entrant, entries made online will be declared made by the authorized password holder submitted at time of entry. The authorized password holder is defined as the living person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. After registration, participants can play the Game. Participants will use their password to enter the Members Only area to log in and change starting lineups each week and to review scores. By entering the Game participants grant Wind Tunnel and Speed Channel, Inc. the right to use and publish their proper name online and in another other media in connection with the game.

ELIGIBILITY: The Wind Tunnel Super 7 Sweep Fantasy Racing Game is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington DC and Canada (excluding Puerto Rico and Quebec) 18 years of age or older at time of registration (if the age of a majority in a jurisdiction is different than 18, you must be of the age of majority within your jurisdiction to be eligible to receive a prize) with a valid internet e-mail address at time of registration. Void where prohibited or restricted by law; all federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Excluded residents may play, but WILL NOT be eligible to receive any prizes. By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules and by the decision of the judges which shall be final and binding in all respects. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted except by Wind Tunnel, and Wind Tunnel reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value in the event that an advertised prize is unavailable. All prize winners may be required to submit valid identification to Wind Tunnel and to execute an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release within 10 days following attempted notification. Failure to comply within this time period may result in disqualification and awarding of the prize to the entrant with the next highest score. All employees and immediate family members of Wind Tunnel, Speed Channel, Inc., MotorSportsPromos LLC, its sponsors, and advertising, production, and fulfillment agencies are not eligible for prizes. Wind Tunnel is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected online entries, for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entry information whether caused by a contestant, equipment, or technical malfunction or for any human error, technical error or malfunctions. Wind Tunnel reserves the right to halt the Game at any time during the contest period for any reason. In the event that a scheduled race is canceled or preempted for any reason, no points will be awarded for that week for drivers on the affected teams. Wind Tunnel is not responsible for typographical or other human or technical errors in the offer or administration of this Game, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Official Rules, the selection and announcement of the winner or the distribution of the prizes. Wind Tunnel reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Game. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Wind Tunnel which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Game, Wind Tunnel reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Game. In such event, Wind Tunnel further reserves the right to award the Grand Prize(s) to the player(s) with the most points, as of the termination date. Wind Tunnel assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Wind Tunnel is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Game.

COST TO ENTER AND PARTICIPATE: There is NO fee to enter and participate in the Wind Tunnel Super 7 Sweep Fantasy Racing Game. Membership allows the player to enter 7 (seven) drivers or starters for each of the weeks or rounds of Game play. Throughout the season, beginning prior to the first week or round of racing, and through the week prior to the last week or round of racing, players may change any or all drivers for one week or round's play. Players must submit starting drivers each week to earn points. Players must start at least one driver per series scheduled. Driver registration/lineups can be made prior to 12:00 AM MST (Arizona) on the Friday of each round or weekend (Thursday at Midnight). On one weekend in August the deadline for starters will be at 12:00 PM MST (Noon, Arizona) on the prior Wednesday, August 18; all 7 (seven) starters must be submitted by each round's deadline.

PRIZES: Prizes are awarded weekly throughout the game period; by month from January through November, at the end of the 'Regular Season' portion of the game which ends on August 29, 2010, and at the end of the ‘Chase to the Championship’ period which covers the final 12 race weekends of the season beginning with the first week in September and ending on Sunday, November 21st. A Prize will also be awarded to the 1 player who scores the most points overall in each of the 7 racing series, among all players, for the entire game period (January through November). Each week, throughout the official game period from January through November 21st, the 1 player who scores the most points from his or her selected starters will receive a Dave Despain Autographed Bobblehead valued at $20. At the end of each month, from January through November, the 1 player who scores the most points from his or her selected starters for all weekends or rounds in that calendar month will receive a racing collectible, driving experience, racing book(s) or other prize(s) valued at approximately $100 to be advertised prior to beginning that month’s play; weekends with races that span months are counted in the prior month. At the end of the 'Regular Season' game period at end of August, the 10 players who have scored the most points overall, from all starters in all series from January through August 28th, will receive a racing collectible, driving experience, racing book(s) or other prize in descending order of value, from 1st through 10th, to be announced prior to the end of the regular season game period. At the end of the 'Charge to the Championship' portion of the game, from September through November when the season is complete after the final race weekend which ends November 21st, the top 10 players who scored the most points during that period, from all starters in all series will win a racing collectible, racing book(s), R/C car, driving experience or other prize in descending order of value, from 1st through 10th, to be announced prior to that portion of the game. Also at the end of 'Charge to the Championship' portion of the game, the 7 players who have scored the most points among all players in each of the 7 racing series, from January through November 21st, will receive a special Wind Tunnel 1/24 scale dirt modified diecast from American Diecast Company valued at $100.

TIE-BREAKERS: Should a tie exist between two or more entrants for prizes the winner will be determined as the player or participant who had the higher score for his or her 7 starting drivers for the previous round of play. If a tie persists, the team with the highest score for the round previous to that will be declared the winner, and so on, and so on, until a winner is determined. If the tie cannot be broken by previous round results, the player with the earliest registration date will be determined as the winner.

Wind Tunnel reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Game; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. ANY ATTEMPT BY A PLAYER / PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY ALTER OR DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GAME IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, WIND TUNNEL.COM, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY SUCH INDIVIDUAL AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TERMS OF SERVICE: Wind Tunnel will act as League Commissioner and as such will retain the right as final authority on all matters relating to the Game. Wind Tunnel will have the power to rule on all aspects of the Game including, but not limited to: League business, registered drivers, infractions of the rules and disputes among players/participants. The decisions of the Commissioner shall be final and irreversible. Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions, which take effect on the date you first use this site. Wind Tunnel reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice and will post all changes online. You accept sole responsibility for reviewing information posted online in order to obtain timely notice of such changes. Your continued use of this site after any and all changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified by the posted changes.

OWNERSHIP GUIDELINES: There are certain responsibilities that come along with owning a Wind Tunnel Super 7 Sweep Fantasy Racing Game team. When you create a team, you are responsible for that team. Any and all conduct associated with your franchise will be your responsibility, as it is your responsibility to keep track of all occurrences and changes within the sport so you can manage your team accordingly. It is your sole responsibility to make certain that you have registered your starting drivers prior to the cutoff date for each week or round. Violations of these terms of service can result in an initial warning communicated by e-mail or your removal from the league. By posting or submitting content to this site you grant Wind Tunnel and Speed Channel, Inc. and its affiliates and licensees the right to use, reproduce, display, perform, adapt, modify, distribute, have distributed, and promote the content in any form, anywhere and for any purpose; and warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content and that public posting and use of your content by Wind Tunnel will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.
